This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is handcrafted, unfiltered and 30% aged in toasted French Oak barrels from Marsannay cooperage. Revealing crushed rocks, ripe blackberry, laced with rich chocolate and herbs in the nose. The palate is treated with tobacco leaf, graphite and fine tannin structure. This wine is impressive in its youth and can be cellared for 5-10 years from vintage to morph into something truly special.
