2014 Cabernet Sauvignon (46 cases produced)

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is from our first harvest. The vines were only 2 ½ years young, and thus a very limited quantity grapes was harvested. Handcrafted, unfiltered, and aged 50% in French Oak barrels from Marsannay cooperage for 36 months. This wine reveals rich aromas of chocolate, toast and smoke. Spice, cherries and minerals make this a full-bodied, well-structured wine that may be enjoyed now or cellared to encourage further complexities.
