2018 Cabernet Sauvignon (234 cases produced)

This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is handcrafted, and 50% aged in new oak barrels (2/3 in new French Oak barrels from De Jarnac Cooperage, and 1/3 new American Oak). Deep, dark, and rich in color. Revealing notes of Cinnamon, dry leaf, dusty wild cranberries in the nose. Cherries, lovely texture, balanced acidity to frame the fruit with really open tannin structure in the mouth.Very classic expression; probably the most expressive vintage we’ve done yet.
